OpsPar Subscription Terms and Conditions

OpsPar Operator Subscription Terms & Conditions (Version v1.0) 1. Subscription Service & Pricing: OpsPar provides multi-unit restaurant margin, invoice extraction, POS sales reconciliation, inventory valuation, and menu costing software at $99.00 USD per month per business subscription. 2. Term & Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions carry an initial twelve (12) month commitment beginning on activation. Following the initial commitment, either party may cancel with sixty (60) calendar days written notice; there is no automatic renewed annual lock. 3. Financial & Operational Data: Customer retains ownership of all uploaded invoices, POS feeds, inventory counts, and accounting exports. OpsPar maintains strict tenant isolation and append-only audit evidence. 4. Payment Authorization: Recurring subscription billing and vendor bill-pay transfers require separate, explicit bank account authorization through approved payment processors (Stripe Billing / Dwolla).
